How it works?
Measure Levels
Here we will obtain bloodwork and review your testosterone levels and other labs to determine if you qualify for TRT and the best plan of care for you.
Initial Appointment
Meet with our provider Jamee Baltzell, APRN who will take the time to get to know you, discuss your lab results and what are the best treatment options for you. You are able to start your TRT at this initial appointment.
Weekly Injections
You will then get set up with your membership plan and will begin weekly injections.
Regular Monitoring
We will closely monitor your health and progress through labs every 8-12 weeks. We monitor blood levels closely to ensure the dosage and medication is correct for your needs.

Monthly recurring cost includes:
Weekly testosterone injections, anastrozole (medication to control estrogen levels if they increase), lab costs and shipping.
This option requires you to be comfortable drawing up your own medication, which includes having someone to administer the injection
IN OFFICE
$175/month
Monthly recurring cost includes:
Weekly testosterone and B12 injections, anastrozole (medication to control estrogen levels if they increase) and lab costs.
