Heather Ackman, PMHNP
Heather is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner that incorporates medication management (when needed), psychotherapy, and personalized treatment plans tailored to help her clients achieve their mental health goals. She has a passion for providing compassionate, non-judgmental, and comprehensive care for individuals facing mental health challenges and is committed to fostering strong, empathetic relationships with her clients through respect and evidence-based practice.
With her diverse clinical experience, educational background, and advanced psychiatric knowledge, she is equipped to address the complex mental health needs of children, adolescents, and adults. She hopes to navigate this path in a way that empowers you to become your best self and achieve your goals and strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment that promotes healing.
Elizabeth Amerman, LCSW
Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience as a mental health therapist, specializing in trauma-focused care, particularly sexual trauma. She provides compassionate, evidence-based treatments and specializes in EMDR and TF-CBT. Elizabeth see's individuals ages 5 and up to help them navigate emotional challenges and build resilience.
Elizabeth earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2016. Born and raised in Richland County, she is proud to serve the community that shaped her. Along with her husband, Nick, they are raising two children here in Olney. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
