Weight loss management is a combination of using exercise, nutrition, medication and lifestyle changes to help you achieve your weight loss goals. We will give you ideas and review different diet, exercise and treatment options. We will help you set goals and give you techniques to aid in the longevity of your weight loss, avoid yo-yoing and reduce risk of chronic health issues.
How it works?
Labwork and Testing
We will obtain fasting labs and EKG (if applicable). This will help us to determine the best route and plan that will suit you.
Initial Appointment and Membership Options
We will go through each lab one by one with you, so you understand where you stand with your health and discuss the levels that you can qualify for. This visit will help give you options on how to improve your nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices.
Medications
Dependant on the level that you choose you will recieve semaglutide injections and diet medications that are are the correct dose for you journey. Your health will also be monitored regulary with bloodwork.
1:1 Coaching Appointments
During this time we will work 1:1 with you to further your weight loss needs. This will also allow for accountability and support that is very important.
