Substance Abuse Treatment
Affinity Family Health & Wellness offers a Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT) service that also includes weekly support meetings as well as appointments for medication refills.
Jamee Baltzell, APRN has been involved in substance abuse medicine for 2 years and continues to keep up to date knowledge of how we can support those patients who struggle with addicition. This program involves suboxone, naltraxone and other substance abuse treatment medications.

Group Setting
Being involved in our weekly MAT group allows patients to gain support, friendships and accountability to aid in their recovery.
Drug Screens
Regular drug screens to recieve your prescription, this can be performed at the group meetings or at follow up appointments.
Primary Care
You will also have the ability to have Jamee Baltzell, APRN become your PCP. This enables all of your primary medical care to be in the same place and decrease the chance of medication conflict.
