We strive our to provide healthcare that is thorough, inclusive and get you feeling your best. Affinity offers mental health services for children and adults by having a Mental Health Nurse Practioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker on staff for medication management as well as counseling.
As well as primary care, we have lots of specialty services that sets us apart from other primary care clinics. Take a look at our Testosterone, Weight Loss, Medical Cannabis, and Substance Abuse Treatment programs.
Well Visits
We offer annual exams, including female gyn exams, physicals and well visits for all ages including newborn care.
Our providers are thorough in their exams and take the time to get to know you not just as a patient but as a person.
Chronic Disease Managment
Our providers pride themselves on maintaining knowledge through the ongoing changes with chronic disease managment. From ADHD to Diabetes. From Asthma to Thyriod disease. We can help you!
Lab Services
We offer a vast range of lab services; bloodwork, EKG, Spirometry, viral and bacterial PCR testing and more.
COVID Testing
We offer both COVID Rapid and PCR Testing. Call (618) 429-9470 to schedule a drive up test and you don't have to leave the comfort of your vehicle.
Acute Visits
Have an acute illness? We offer acute visits that if appointments are avaliable can be scheduled same day and we can get you feeling back to yourself.
Hormone Testing
Our office provides saliva Hormone Testing and Hormone Replacements. We have many different options for replacement;
pelleting, creams, and oral medications. Our providers will take the time to discuss what will work best for you.

Having extensive knowledge in this area, we can share this with you and give you support through these decisions that are best for your child and family.
