About Us
Affinity Family Health & Wellness is a primary care clinic in Olney IL with additional specialty services in Dieterich IL. Affinity was founded in 2020 by Jamee Baltzell, APRN and Jamie Niemerg, APRN. They have worked and collaborated together since 2011, caring for all ages with a broad spectrum of disease processes.
They value preventative medicine to keep people healthy. They pride themselves on their ongoing efforts to maintain current knowledge while practicing medicine through it's ever changing evidence and guidelines.
Jamee Baltzell, APRN and Jamie Niemerg, APRN value each individual and their specific needs all while striving to provide a primary care clinic that is inclusive, caring, comprehensive and patient centered.

We accept many different insurance plans. If you can't find yours here, we do offer Self-Pay and payment plan fee schedules.
